Payments for music, merchandise, and tickets are processed securely by third-party providers (Stripe and/or PayPal) and are subject to their terms. We never see or store your full payment card details. Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered. For physical merchandise, contact us at brian@churchandstatemgmt.com within [30] days of delivery about damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Prices and availability may change without notice.
3. Fan Accounts & Subscriptions [If applicable]
If you create an account or subscribe to exclusive content, you're responsible for keeping your login secure. Subscription content is for your personal use only and may not be shared or redistributed. You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
